Shraddha Somanath (Grade 3) won the Under-8 Girls Chess Titles at the State Rapid Chess Championship State Blitz Chess Championship which was held on 9th and 10th April 2016 at Bharat Electronics Officers Club,Bangalore. The tournament was conducted by BNCF under the auspices of United Karnataka Chess Association.Shraddha Scored 4.5 points from 9 Rounds and won First Place in the Under-8 Girls Category of the State Rapid Chess Championship.
