Greenwood High Bannerghatta ICSE Campus hosted its much-anticipated TEDxGreenwoodHigh: “Finding North”, bringing together an inspiring community of students, educators and thought leaders for an engaging exchange of ideas, experiences and perspectives.

The event centred around a powerful question: How do we find our direction in a world filled with possibilities? Through compelling stories and thought-provoking conversations, the speakers encouraged students to reflect on their aspirations, challenge conventional thinking and discover what truly guides them.
The TEDx stage featured an inspiring line-up of speakers from diverse backgrounds. Mr. Manohar Swaminathan, Mr. Priyadarshi Siddharth, Mr. Piyush Agrawal and Mr. Harshit Agrawal shared their experiences, insights and ideas, offering students new perspectives on purpose, choices, growth and navigating their individual journeys.
Adding a unique and empowering dimension to the event were Greenwood High student speakers Sudeepti Purohit, Varun M. Manjunath and Niranjan Bharadwaj. Their presence on the TEDx stage reflected the school’s belief in giving young minds a platform to express their ideas, share their experiences and inspire their peers.
The event was not merely about listening to talks; it was an opportunity for students to question, reflect, connect and imagine new possibilities. The diverse voices on stage demonstrated that there is no single path to success and that finding one’s “North” is often an evolving journey shaped by curiosity, courage, experiences and personal values.
The atmosphere throughout the event was filled with enthusiasm and thoughtful engagement as students listened to stories that challenged assumptions and encouraged them to look at their own journeys from a different perspective.
“Finding North” ultimately became a celebration of ideas and individuality — reminding every young learner that direction does not always have to be given; sometimes, it has to be discovered.
At Greenwood High, we believe education extends beyond classrooms and textbooks. Platforms such as TEDx provide our students with opportunities to encounter diverse ideas, engage with inspiring voices and develop the confidence to articulate their own.
Finding your North is not about having all the answers. It is about having the courage to ask the right questions, explore new paths and create your own direction.
TEDxGreenwoodHigh – Finding North was a celebration of exactly that spirit.
