Greenwood High Students Shraddha Somanath (Grade 9A), Vishruth Ajay Krishnan (Grade 4D) and Shreya Seshadri (Grade 10E) visited 44th Chess Olympiad held at Mahabalipuram , Chennai .
Totally 187 Countries took part in this Mega Event of the World. Our School Students witnessed the games of top Players of the world very closely Including world Chess Champion GM Magnus Carlson of Norway.
They were very happy to take autographs from some of the top players including Gold Medal winner GM Gukesh D.
Indian Teams won the Bronze Medal in both men and Woman section. 7 Indian Players won the Board Prizes
